AVEKO press® products are manufactured by an experienced international machine engineeringshop,Nummek Oy. Long experience in demanding product development, for example for Mercedes-Benz from 1975 to the present day, has built solid expertise throughout the process, from design to precise customer cooperation. The company’s operations are based on the international ISO 9001 quality system. Nummek Oy acquired the business of AV-KONE Oy in the spring of 2014 and has provided AVEKO press® products with even better features and advanced technology.
Over the years, people’s perceptions and demands for the environment have changed dramatically. Since 1978, AV-Kone has been a subcontractor for companies manufacturing waste presses and other steel structures. At first, the main job description was industrial painting, to which steel structures werelater included. Already in 1990, waste treatment equipment became the foundation of our company. Nummek Oy acquired the business of AV-Kone Oy in April 2014 and in the autumn of 2014 the production was transferred to Nummek Oy’s premises in Perniö.
Over the years, perceptions and demands for the environment have changed dramatically. It has introduced continuous challenges to the industry, to which we as equipment designers have responded by always striving for even slightly better.
